Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address and the items in your cart. The rates shown at checkout are always the final, accurate rates for your order.
Typical rates (examples)
Most orders use our standard rates below. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Canada (domestic): Standard CAD $10 · Express CAD $15
- United States: Standard International CAD $20 · Express International CAD $25
- International (other countries we ship to): CAD $49
Some products may use different shipping rates, such as a flat rate or free shipping on that item. When this applies, it will show at checkout.
Free shipping
Orders of CAD $120 or more may get free shipping. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.
Processing and delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). Orders ship from Canada. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery times depend on the method you choose and your location.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may have import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.
